How to transfer your eSIM to a new phone

eSIMs can't be transferred between devices, so if you've got a new phone you'll need a new eSIM.

Raise a ticket at support@saundersnetworks.com and let us know:

• The make and model of your new phone
• Whether you still have access to the old device

We'll send you a new QR code to install on your new device. See the How to install an eSIM article for the setup steps once you've received it.
