How to install an eSIM

If we've sent you a QR code to set up your eSIM, follow the steps below for your device.

On iPhone

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM.
  2. Tap Use QR Code.
  3. Scan the QR code we sent you.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm and activate.
  5. When asked, label the plan (e.g. "Work") so it's easy to identify.

On Android

  1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM.
  2. Tap Download a SIM instead or Scan QR code (wording varies by device).
  3. Scan the QR code we sent you.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm and activate.

After installing

It can take a few minutes for the eSIM to activate. If you don't have signal after 10 minutes, try restarting your phone. If it's still not working, raise a ticket at support@saundersnetworks.com.
