If you've forgotten your Microsoft 365 password or it's expired, you can reset it yourself without needing to contact us.
How to reset it
- Go to office.com and click "Can't access your account?" on the Microsoft login screen.
- Enter your work email address.
- Complete the verification step - depending on how your account is set up, you'll be asked to confirm using the Microsoft Authenticator app or another authentication method.
- Choose a new password and confirm it.
You'll be able to sign in straight away with your new password.
If it's not working
If the reset option isn't available or you're getting stuck at the verification step, raise a ticket at support@saundersnetworks.com and we'll reset it for you. We'll set a temporary password and ask you to change it on first login.
Choosing a good password
- Use a long, memorable passphrase rather than a short complex one
- Don't reuse passwords across different services
- Never share your password with anyone, including us
