What are your support hours?

Our support hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (UK time).

We're closed on weekends and UK bank holidays.

Raising a request outside these hours

You can raise a request at any time. Submit a request online, message us on WhatsApp or email support@saundersnetworks.com, and we'll pick it up when we're next open.

Out-of-hours support

If your business needs help outside our normal hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, we offer out-of-hours cover as part of your support contract.

• If you have out-of-hours cover: call +44 20 4570 7149 and follow the instructions to reach our out-of-hours team.
• If you don't: your request will be handled when we're next open. If you'd like out-of-hours cover added, get in touch and we'll talk you through the options.
