When someone joins or leaves your organisation, we need to know so we can get them set up or make sure their access is securely removed. The best way to do this is through our new starters and leavers form.
How to submit a request
Use the New Starters / Leavers form on our Help Centre. The form will ask you for everything we need to get started, so please fill it out as completely as you can. The more detail you give us upfront, the less back and forth there’ll be.
New starters
Once we receive a completed form, we’ll set up the new user’s account, configure their access, and arrange any equipment or services they need. If there’s anything we need to clarify, we’ll get in touch.
Let us know as early as possible. For straightforward setups we can turn things around quickly, but if licensing, hardware, or additional services are involved, lead times may vary. Last-minute requests risk delays on their first day.
Leavers
When someone leaves, we’ll disable their account, revoke their access, and handle any handover of email, files, or equipment based on your instructions.
Timing matters here. Accounts left active after someone has left are a security risk. Let us know as soon as a leaving date is confirmed, even if you’re not sure about all the details yet. We can work through the specifics with you.
